When will the collection be available?

The first Memory Lists and collection items are expected to begin releasing at the end of August. Additional Memory Lists and products will continue to be released as they are completed throughout the season.

How will I know my submission was received?

Accepted Answer

After submitting the form, you'll receive a confirmation email with the information we received. Please review it carefully to ensure everything is correct. If you notice a typo, please reply to that email with the correction.

Question 3

How do I submit more than one baby?

Accepted Answer

Please complete one submission form per family. If you're honoring more than one baby, simply separate each name with a comma. If your babies have different information (such as different dates or details), include that information in the appropriate fields for each baby.If you would like your baby to be on the same Memory List as their friends, please dedicate ONE parent to submit every name into one submission.

How are the Memory Lists assigned?

Accepted Answer

Names are placed on Memory Lists in the order submissions are received. As each Memory List fills, the next one begins. This allows the collection to begin releasing late August with giving families an opportunity to continue submitting into October for those who discover it later in the season.

Question 5

I'd like my baby to be on the same Memory List as a friend or sibling.

Accepted Answer

If you'd like multiple babies to appear on the same Memory List, please submit all names together on one submission form. If multiple families would like to be grouped together, we recommend choosing one parent to complete the submission for everyone.

How long will submissions remain open?

Accepted Answer

Submissions will remain open throughout October. Families often discover the collection later in the season, and we want everyone to have the opportunity to participate.

Question 7

Does submitting my baby's name place an order?

Accepted Answer

No. Submitting your baby's name simply includes them in this year's remembrance collection. Once your Memory List has been released, you'll be able to shop the available apparel and keepsakes featuring your baby's name.

What if I need to make a correction?

Accepted Answer

If something needs to be updated, simply reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible. To help keep everything organized, we ask that corrections not be sent through Instagram or Facebook messages.Once each Memory List has been drafted, it will be shared on Instagram, Facebook, and Charlie's website. You'll also receive an email when your Memory List is ready, giving you one final opportunity to review your baby's information and request any corrections before the collection is released.

Where will the Memory Lists be posted?

Memory Lists will be posted here on the PAIL 2026 page as they become available. New releases will also be announced on Instagram and Facebook.To help protect your baby's information, full Memory Lists will not be posted on Etsy. Instead, Etsy listings will include a link directing you back to Charlie's website, where you can easily find the Memory List containing your baby's name.Charlotte Marion Krol

Will everything in my order arrive together?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Some products may ship separately and arrive on different days. For example, if you order a flag & a sweatshirt, they will not arrive in the same package.  Feel free to message me for additional tracking information!

Is there a deadline to order?

Accepted Answer

Collection items remain available until June of 2027, so there's no need to rush. We encourage families to take their time and order whenever they're ready.

Can I submit a nickname, middle name, or special spelling?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Please enter your baby's name exactly as you'd like it to appear on the collection. Names will be printed exactly as submitted unless a correction is requested.

Where can I purchase the PAIL Collection?

The first PAIL Collection products will begin releasing in late August as Memory Lists are completed. All items will be available through The Sunny Hunny Shop on Etsy, with direct links shared here as they become available.
