One Submission Form
Complete one form for your family. If you're honoring more than one baby, simply separate each name with a comma.
Confirmation Email
After submitting, you'll receive a confirmation email with the information we received. Please review it carefully and reply to that email if anything needs to be corrected.
Memory Lists
Names are placed on Memory Lists in the order submissions are received. If you would like your baby to be on the same list as their friends, please allocate one parent to submit all the names through one submission form.
Ordering
The collection begins releasing at the end of August, but name submissions remain open throughout October. As new Memory Lists are completed, additional items will continue to be released.

Check your confirmation email to verify the submitted spelling.
Try searching by your baby's last name.
If your baby was recently submitted, they may not have been assigned to a Memory List just yet.
